So I recently came across a NWTI open top winch bumper for my 96. It looked pretty shitty.. It had some off rand Bed liner paint job and caked up welds. A little brushing and sanding to get the liner off, a little grinding, and bam. I gave it a good wash and then primed it with some generic automotive primer then topped it off with Rustoleum Cover Mass Gloss Black. Added a few powder coated 3/4" shackles, a 9000lb Badlands winch, a couple 24watt Cree flush mount leds and since the removal of my stock bumper left me with no turn signals (convert parking lights or make new signals).. For the turn signals, I simply used 3/4" mini Amber LEDs. Waiting on my truck to be out of the shop so I can install the bumper.

I'm considering adding a 60" hi lift Jack mounted to the grille guard and possibly a 14" light bar mount to the bottom of the top of the grille guard or a 42" mount all the way across, opinions???

I have the 48" mounted to my all pro tube bumper. The 60" are pretty long.
Be sure an carry a good ratchet strap and strap up the lower control arms or rear axle so it doesnt droop and a 48" will be fine.

You think the 48" is plenty enough? I'll have a 3" suspension lift nothing crazy. You're in Greeneville, SC?

Yea. 3 in lift with dakars and extra pack. 285/75.
I changed my rear tire in a ditch with a 48" and didnt even ratchet strap it. It was near the top notch and a lil sketchy.
If i would have strapped the axle up, it would have been no trouble at all.

Okay, I'll probably go with the 48". Where did you mount your Jack? The reason I asked about Greenville is because I'm here in Greenville until Thursday. I do contract work for Norfolk Southern Railroad. We have a few switch replacement projects this week here. My hotel is directly beside Palmetto State Armory which is pretty badass lol

Found a pic of my setup. The mounts are standard tube mounts for hi-lift that i ordered off Amazon, i think. Came with 1.5 and 2in mounts.
