well ya'll know I'm in. I gotta ask the supervisor though. I definitely won't be able to take time off around then but I'd love to cruise out for a night at least over the weekend! I'd like to wheel the bumper sooner than mid August

Can someone clarify this for me:
So on the camping info page it states, "Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle (except for group or specialty sites)."
Does that means that we can camp together at campsites if we have 2 vehicles?
Is there anyway we can get a group or speciality site?
If not how close together are the camp sites, since I'm rolling solo most likely it'll be boring to camp alone , & a bad idea since I'm 2wd

 

From what I remember reading in the fine print, your reservation covers one vehicle plus one towed vehicle, so maybe that's what they're referring to with the 2nd vehicle?

Actually now that I think about it, it probably means one vehicle per person registered at the site. Up to 8 people (if I recall correctly) can be registered to one site, so it probably means a maximum of one vehicle per person.

I'm guessing anyway...someone else that knows for sure should confirm.

 

I'm pretty sure there aren't assigned and designated camp sites. You show up, cruise in and find a spot to camp anywhere on the beach. No designated fire pits. You make your own. Word to the wise, dont set up camp too close to the ocean. High tide will find you and your rig in a seedy situation haha
