This is all correct. It also means that your tow rating goes from 3500lbs without the tow package to 6500lbs with it.

I would say that it is a significant difference in rating!

Is that the different between towing from the bumper and their hitch?

No, it's the actual tow rating total. I do believe that most of it has to do with the extra cooling for the oil and for the transmission (oh nobody mentioned the oil cooler). Anyways nothing to do with the suspension or anything. If someone with a non tow package wanted to tow often the one thing I would say to add would be a transmission cooler if they had an automatic.

No, it's really needed to keep the autos cool. The torque converter generates a lot of heat.

My shop vac seems to have croaked. Not surprising as it's seen much use in 12 yrs.

I haven't priced yet but anyone ever get one from Harbor Freight?

I don't have one, but I've been happy with all the tools I bought from them.

Nice, I don't need an expensive one. My old one was $60 and that's great for all the construction jobs it saw plus opening and closngthe pool everyyear

I have a wet/dry vac from home depot - 12 gallon i think. Minus one wheel falling off whenever I pick it up I have had it for 7 years with no problems. I have used it through floods, dirt, salt spills sand etc...

I can't stand their box wrenches, they don't stay square when you really get on them however their screwdrivers and the sockets are mint. Some of their impact sockets have significantly thicker profiles than craftsman or snap-on ones for getting into lug nut holes or anything of similar sizing.

Nobody said anything about my weird post earlier about the WWE Raw. I think I had mentioned that I had won some tickets. Well tonight was the night and IDK but I'm pretty sure Jacob had fun!

Sorry for the blurry cell phone picture

    Rob,

Keep track of how long your son runs around the house jumping off of stuff to body slam the dog...

You'll reminis about it later in life at holiday dinners with him and his family.

Looked like a fun time for him.

    Morning Faces!

You Ford types; what are you getting for MPG's? And you do you Ecoboosters have the 3.5 or the 2.7?

5.0 and I get 17-18 MPG mixed driving. I can break 20 on the highway if I'm really careful with the throttle and watch my speed. I drop to just under 10 towing my camper which is pretty terrible considering what it weighs.
