    I eat a lot of bread, but I don't cut...I just rely on my metabolism to stay fairly lean :notsure:

    Especially right now, I've got tomatoes growing out of my ears so I eat a lot of BLTs because bacon:dancingbacon:

    Went to the gym to do chest - because that's be obvious choice when you skip 4 days - but the trainer was there hogging it. He had the guy dong 135 to failure followed by like 6min on the treadmill and back and forth they went. I probably could've worked in and finished by the time they even knew I was on it but I took it as a sign that I should hit legs. So I had a pretty good impromptu leg day. Now I have to go mow my yard :bananadead:

    I fucked up my hip/knee at work today. No idea what I did but the chiropractor said "yep, you misaligned your hip pretty bad" then asked if I worked out and said "you're gonna need to put a hold on that" bruh, these gainz ain't gonna make themselves. My left hip/knee and my lower back are all pretty messed up.

    no shit, my hip locked up really bad that day and I think that was the final straw that did it in. I've always had problems with my hip but that seems to have did it in for a little bit.
