    i think the trick to evolving those is to find a 2nd gen and then just do 1 evolve to get to the 3rd gen. Or just catch a 3rd gen...

    I've caught a wartortle and an ivysaur but both with low arcs. I'd rather just evolve a high arc than use a bunch of stardusts + candies. If I catch a venasaur or a charizard then maybe I'll think about it lol.

    Mine seems to only work when I'm not seriously trying to play. Like when I want to grab a screenshot for here, fires right up. Anytime I want to go walk my dog, "cannot authenticate".

    Had to go pick my wife up at the airport at 12:30am so I figured I'd turn the game on and spin any stops I passed on the way. Told myself I wasn't stopping for any pokemons unless it was a pikachu. Well I made it like 2min from my house when a big ass Magmar popped up. Hadn't seen any of those and I initially that it was a charizard bc of the way it popped up. I literally slammed on the brakes out of excitement. He was a 297 but only half the arc was full. I caught him with 1 razz and pokeball.
