I'm entertaining the idea of building house near Alvin next year.

Right now I'm just entertaining the idea. I took my wife out there this weekend and drove her around showing her different properties. She is such a city girl her main concerns are how far is the grocery store, and will we have neighbors to get to know. Lol

I have also been designing a nice two story home that I could build 70% of by myself.

 

Well you've seen my parents house sort of. It'll be for sale in a yearish, if your into the whole Victorian look. We built it in 91 and it's been updated last year, leveled. New roof, paint inside out, countertops, hard wood floors down stars, new carpet unstairs

 

They live in a regulated area, correct?

Yeah. I would only buy unregulated. No hoa or deed restrictions. Really I want at least 5-10 acres. Some horses, goats and chicken ect

 

Yeah you don't wanna live in town then. The current house is on the edge of town, the new house will be in the middle of town on an acre

 

Just move in with Phil, he wont notice one more bed and one more plate

 

He might notice my snoring at night lol

 

I don't know. Lol. My wife has apparently been kicking me and hitting me with a pillow while I sleep because my snoring is so bad.

 

WRX is fixed, bike is at the shop (will be around 3 weeks before I get it back), and also discovered the bike has fire damage on the lower fairing....

 

Sad story is that you dont actually snore...
