Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
Oh dang man I'm working just down the road! Although I'm moving to Orange County. Bright side is I'll be getting paid to drive the truck!

Isn't he working on a 4x4? I thought I saw that... Could always pull off the CVs (GASP, BLASPHEMY) I haven't seen the chaos, no.

Well I am currently an intern but the company does smart building for companies like DirectTV and Boeing. We make sure all the temps, humidity, pressure, etc are all perfect for whatever they need by controlling the AHU or VAV box and stuff like that. I deal with mostly the graphics/slight programming side of it but will go into the field and do some stuff like replace boiler leak detectors etc.

I'm interpreting this to mean: blow off work and go drive my truck. Who's with me?!?!

I know a couple field service guys that get paid from the time the key hits their ignition in their driveway until they turn their service truck off back at home. Traffic? No problem they say.

Good deal man. I also deal with Ahu, vav, PLC's, VSD's, HMI's. They hired me as the resident Electronic Boiler Controls tech so I'm also troubleshooting and calibrating transmitters, transducers, CEMS, etc.

What a boring mouthful. So many acronyms. Haha. Anyhow, keep up the good work as an intern. You're entering a nice paying career that will take care of you and your family nicely. It's a specialized field so jobs are always available. There's no college that teaches what you're learning hands on.

Yeah I have learned so much! Some things have been easier because of college though but nothing beats actually doing things especially in the real world not some lab at school.

Nice dude! I have my 608 cert for working on refrigerated transport units but also passed the home/ commercial and sub chillers. But never put it to use... kinda passed by a hair but I got it lol. Hvac is good work but I'm happy on the diesel truck side of life.

It only depends on his work load. Think he has a few builds holding him up. The new tc race series kit has the uniball inside the lower arm. It's kinda expensive though.

In all honesty I've considered the DTF setup for dat travel. But I've been seriously into the Camburg kit.
