Wow, that's no good, When I shipped mine, I bought a thick mattress foam pad and wrapped the charger 3 times around and taped it up for safe shipping with peanuts around that and double boxed it.

Did you replace the fuel filter?

I'm in Denver, so I'm a mile high, so the 2.1 pulley puts out 8 to 9 pounds on my pillar guage.
If I was at sea level I guess it would be more?
Just curious, what number does the 2.1 and 2.2 put out boost wise at sea level??

Ouch, you can't use packing paper, the paper will not protect the charger at all, paper just compacts.
With the weight of the charger there is no cushion effect.make sure you use layers of foam or a hard foam and last option would be a ton of thick bubble wrap and wrap it like 4 or 5 timesand use double wall boxes

    Stuff and junk and things...
I see 9-10 here in Denver and at 12,000 it's only about 6 psi, with a 2.1. The last time I was at 2500' on a cool day I saw 11 psi.

Didn't mean paper. It was the big green air bubble wrap that ups sells. Tons of it. Literally wrapped the charger

lol what? no you do not use any bubble wrap for heavy items. you need to use dense foam or expanding foam. bubble wrap is for light things only.

Very interesting.....I'm using the Supra injectors that are probably the old style 4 hole, been in there for years so that is a total guess.
I went to the Denso site you linked and searched for '04 injectors but nothing came up.
Would you have a part # for the ones you are running? Any specs?

I have heard from a few people that the 04 injectors WILL NOT work on older trucks. But it worked fine for me!

Hmmm, don't see why they would not work.... do you have a part #?

Question for you guys since we're talking about the best way(s) to get optimum performance out of the 3.4l supercharger....

I assume you all are running better than stock spark plugs? At the time I got mine replaced, I wasn't aware that I should be running a colder set and I'm fairly certain that the dealer just put the regular copper ones in.

I was told on another thread here that the Denso 5304 Iridium plugs are the way to go, I ordered them last week...just waiting on a good time to get them installed. I'm getting what I think is some pretty gnarly spark knock at times presumably due to copper plugs, anyone running these Densos?

I'm not sure, I did read that they are the ones recommended by Toyota for TRD s/c 3.4l motors. I'm excited to get them put in and see if it helps with better performance and getting rid of some pinging

Nope, not yet. It's on the never-ending long list of things I need/want :sadviolin:

I know that's probably the primary source of the pinging I'm getting, but I've read that spark knock sounds almost identical to pinging (pre-detonation) so I'm hoping the better spark plugs will at least help with it some.
