What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Well I couldn't wait anymore. I got these from @rrentrop yesterday and glad I waited until today and looked up ytube videos and followed his supplied instructions. I'm happy with the job I did especially for never doing something like this before. I picked up my pre-ordered Batman VS. Superman steel book today and came home to put these bad boys on. What do you think guys??? And thanks again @rrentrop, so far no bubbling from what I can tell.

It's stock in the console on the 16's.
And it's actually the key holder, NOT a pen holder like previously mentioned by @jtd1020.

 

Where did you pick up the dome light wires at? I've been wanting to do this but don't want to run wires up to the head liner

 

Wire that comes with LED are around 20-22AWG which I already own. Very thin so I suggest soldering the extension.

Put the 1.25" timbren bumpstops on today. Much better of a fit than the 2" ones. Was bottoming out on my dang driveway....

 

I couldn't justify paying $90 for the rubber step pads. The surface isn't very slippery at all, it has that wrinkly powdercoat texture, but I may put some grip tape from Home Depot on the steps when I get around to it..........Yes I am very happy with them so far. The actual step sections stick out far enough to prevent door dings too which is a definite plus. I'm thinking of adding a metal bar across the center section which is still exposed to door dings.

 

A pen fits, it's a pen holder. A key fits, it's a key holder.

 

how do you like the remote starter so far? Toyota brand remote starter?
