    The new shoes are spot on in the gym. I have never had a training shoe that is comfortable enough to run in, yet super stable in squats. Probably gonna get the 250 soon for squats/oly only though. I would like the heel for just that.

    I've only ever had vitamin shoppe brand protein (whey tech) but I think you've said you had the banana creme of theirs. I've really liked it. I tell you this because I have tried their strawberry flavor and it tasted like straight butt. I took back a 5lb jug of it to swap because I couldn't even power through. I'm now scarred for all strawberry flavored things
