Calling all Virginians (Tidewater area)

This thread has been pretty quiet lately. I guess those are the Maine areas you should concentrate on since they seem to have more Mass appeal. We don't have too many cliffs here though.

 

Anybody know someone with a FJ Cruiser that might be interested in rear spring spacers for 1.25" lift???? I ordered a set for my 4Runner and was sent these by mistake and really don't want to go through the headache of returning them. I paid $38 I'll take $25 from someone local.

 

Ill be heading into the richmond area friday for those wheels. Plan on camping out that night if anyone wants to meet up for a little camping somewhere let me know. I have yet to research where lol

Anyone between Newport News and Maybe as far as Richmond have a 105mm-4 1/8inch metal cutting hole saw I can borrow this weekend?

Airflow. Got a group deal on it, just had to wait a while for it to float in on a ship from Australia. Should be here Friday and hope to install on Sat.

 

I have a 4" holesaw, not sure it will work but you're more than welcome to use it.

Excellent choice. I love mine. Actually like the look of it more than safari as well.

 

I like the look a little better also. And It was a lot cheaper than the Safari with the group deal.

Very nice. Gonna keep putting the payment aside though. Dad told me when I was younger to always have a car payment.

 

Alison's Dad taught her that. I always knew it was a sound idea... but was never able... correction, never really tried to put it into practice. On one of our vacations, we were in Indy at her Dads. He went and bought a new Caddy with cash. He still had 2 VERY NICE cars in his garage for him and his wife. I saw the process in action that day for the first time.

On Aug 8, 2005, my truck rolled into the driveway with a giant red bow on it (borrowed from Charles Barker Lexus). Without my knowledge, Alison had continued making payments years after my Chevy was paid off, and did what her Dad always did.... bought my truck with cash! Best Birthday Present EVER!!

Funny part of the story is the day before, I found the truck I wanted (Silver Taco dbl cab) and took Al down to look at it. It just arrived on the Checkered Flag lot that afternoon. I was ready to buy, and Al got into a scuffle with the salesman when he was being pushy. We left the lot and didn't talk on the way home. Little did I know (then) she was worried that I was going to try to buy it that night, or that it WAS the truck she ordered and it somehow was on the wrong lot! We still laugh about it often!!!
