Yup - They usually time it with the payout of the 'rewards' too so I usually have a $10off coupon to use at the same time. I can usually just buy 2jugs though to get me through to the next sale. I only take 1 scoop a day post workout. I try to limit my supps and eat as much as possible to hit my numbers

Once I hit 210 (15) more lbs I'll switch to 2500 up the carbs to match. Then start adding 100 each week until I hit maintenance and stay there for a month then start bulking.

Currently 4 scoops a day. Two in the morning two at night before bed. But I don't count those towards my macros. Probably I only count the morning ones in my macros. The two at night is just my pre bed. (Maybe should add those back in.) but when I was lifting daily I usually at right after lifting so didn't need one then.

I got a good sample size for free from a coworker who didn't really like it.
But I ended up just using it to mix with about 100g of plain greek yogurt and it tastes good like that.
Never used it in a shaker cup so can't say much with regards to that.
But I do love ON's delicious strawberry flavor.

However, at home I currently have chocolate peanut butter and extreme milk chocolate. Both excellent choices.

I'm one of those midgets, but I'm at 1800-2200. I give myself a little leeway because if I'm going to try to lift heavy, I'll eat a little more and have a few more carbs the night before or the day of. I'm typically more in the 2000 range than the 1800 range. Still managed to keep on SOME of the size I put on during my bulk. Unfortunately, it's still covering my abs, too.

I haven't been nearly as strict with this cut as I was last summer. Too late to get to strict with it now...summer is basically over.

Hot damn. I was gonna order off bb.com today, but that'd be worth the 20 min drive. Everything is BOGO 50% off? If so, I'll get 2 5-lb tubs. I'm out of school for the next 3 weeks, so it'll be a useless trip, but that'd be worth it. Wait.....there's an Academy right next door, so that'll be my perfect excuse to go stock up on bullets and fishing shit

Damn, I take 3 scoops per day (2 post-workout and 1 before bed). As long as protein powder is cheaper than chicken, that's the route I'm going.

Damn, you don't lose weight too fast at 2100 calories? I'd be losing like 2 lbs a week on that....and a lot would be muscle. I'm so scared to lose muscle, so I'd much rather lose weight extremely slow.

Why don't you count the 2 scoops before bed? You are aware those are still calories, right? So, you're really consuming around 2400-2500 per day then, right?

If I can ever get down to where I wanna be, I wanna try to maintain that leanless 4 lyfe.

I'm pretty sure you didn't really read what I put lol. April and September not July or August you dip stick.

This is my adjusted sedentary calories. At my current weight with a sedentary lifestyle 2700 is maintenance for me. I lose roughly 1-1.5 lbs a week if I really try.

2320 if I counted those. They are only 110 calories per scoop mixed with water. I guess I've never counted them because I don't eat back my excercise calories back while I've been losing weight.

I hate summer, honestly. I hate being hot. It's awful. My favorite temps are between 20 and 60. I'll be shirtless then, too, I just hate heat.

I hate being hot too. Anytime I complain about weather it is usually because I am drenched in sweat. If I am cold I can put on as many layers as I need to warm up. You can only take off so many layers before there isn't any left, and still be uncomfortably hot.

Bah! It costs me less to run my pool and AC instead of buying heating oil.

That and winter devastated my house 2 yrs ago. I'm still fixing the damage.
