    I've heard there's some off-roading off of the mysterious Zzyzzyx Road or whatever it's called off the 15 on the way to Vegas....eventually leads to a hot spring or something? Probably just a dirt road but I've heard it's interesting

    I'm totally down for a desert exploration run one of these days, particularly interested in a Death Valley camping/off-roading excursion on those trails that follow the old mining sites. There was another big thread on TW about some guys that did it and did an awesome trip report, one of the first threads I read on this site after I got my truck and got me really interested in off-roading. I'll see if I can find it.

    Definitely not doing anything out that way until Fall/Winter though lol.
