It's been a struggle for me since I got back, mainly because I'm playing catch-up with work but the the coast to coast travel has me all messed up. You don't get that pleasure since you stay on the wrong...I mean west coast

ooo shots fired. LOL. ;) Ill be messed up for a few days too. My flight got delayed and didn't make it home until nearly 4AM... and was at work a 8AM. I will have to work all day at this job and then all night at my other one. Going to be tired and wont have time for the gym until tomorrow evening. I doubt that it will be a good workout with the amount of sleep I'll have under my belt, but you never know. oh well, I should hopefully get caught up by the end of the weekend....then the gains can continue:curls:

    Yup you get it.

When you have to completely tear apart the bathroom in your house due to winter UGH..plus breaking pipes when they freeze.

Exactly. Even in the winter, it's a t-shirt and sweats for me. I love being cold. We don't really even run the heat that much in the winter at our house...that being said, winter in middle GA is mostly 40-50 degrees with an occasional really low day (20's) and at least 2-3 weeks of 60-70 degree weather, too. Mother nature in GA is drunk.

Yeah, but it really sucks when you walk to your mailbox in the GA heat at noon and your underwear look like something from Gorilla's in the Mist afterwards. It's seriously like 100 degrees by lunchtime everyday in GA from Apr-Sept.

    36 carbs?! I'd die.

Reminds me of Steve Weatherford. Judging by his Snapchat, he probably gets around 4-5 hrs of sleep per day and workouts like 3 times per day. I don't see how he does it...if I get less than 7-8 hrs, I'm a zombie and have to take a nap at lunch.

A good bratworst w/ mustard and dill relish and a big-ass beer is one of my favorite meals.

Nice! Never had myself a bratwurst. Tempted to try.

As a Latino, the only type of sausage I see around my house is Chorizo! Definitely not the healthiest type of meat, but so damn tasty!

I ended up going with a 5-lb tub of Extreme Milk Chocolate ON and a 30-serving tub of cotton candy Mr. Hyde, which came with a free 4-serving sample of Pro Supps Campfire Marshmellow whey. Very excite!

Anything more than 5.5 hours and I am pissed at myself for oversleeping and wasting time. I don't work out 3x/day though, so, yeh, I guess Steve Weatherford and I are a little more different than I originally thought...

His Snapchat is ridiculous. He'll go to the gym at like 3am in LA and then his next Snap is him eating breakfast with his family at like 8am back in NJ and then he's doing aerial yoga on a roof in NYC at noon and then in Indiana at 3pm doing sprints up a big hill and I'm over here laying in bed trying to figure out how to drink my water without having to lean up

@zacharypaul89 From the pictures you posted i think for cutting, your calories would be to high.
I base my diet on roughly what my weight would be at, at say 9% to sustain muscle mass
    At 237 when i started i ate roughly 2800 Cal's and now at around 2500 @ 222

Get that fasted cardio in :) worked pretty damn good for me.
Hit light legs volume and conditioning type for 20 min straight no rest and then go to your cardio machine and hit up another 30 min in slow burning state

I was at a standstill at 2600 calories, so I dropped to 2500 calories last week and the weight dropped a little. I'm gonna keep riding out 2500 calories until weight-loss stalls again. It's a slow process, but I REFUSE to risk losing any muscle...Like, if I were to go from 196 to 194 in a week, I freak out. Last year, I cut down to 180 from 200 and lost a lot of muscle and vowed to never do it again. I dunno if I burn more calories or what, but I definitely don't wanna risk it.
