I researched this heavily and decided if I end up keeping my truck I will eventually go with Husky over the WT for reasons as explained above by DeadeyeWI

    Well this just got weird....
So yesterday I swapped out the WT mats for the nice Husky. Very pleased.
Well until I drove the Tacoma today....talk about weird....

Husky has a padded area where your heel rests. I like that idea a lot and it makes sense.
However, my heel slides constantly. Driving with 1 foot, I think the angle might be say 30degrees or so.
I tried 3 different pair of shoes and they all do this. My foot will NOT remain stationed where I rest it...geez

So I contacted Husky. No one so far has *EVER* reported this and I was the 1st person to complain.
Not sure what I will do. I can either use the WT for now or back to the all-season Tacoma mats that came with the truck.

Huskys are awesome, and your only option if you have a MT.

I went to Academy Sports and bought a roll of the rubber matting that goes on a gym floor. Cut it into pieces to fit the back of the cab so my dog would have something to grip. I then cut out two more pieces and put on my front floors.

Got my Husky's yesterday. Nice fit. I don't have a sliding problem with my heel BTW.

I was surprised at how light they are. The factory rubber mats from my Xterra were about 3 times heavier and much thicker. Husky claims theirs are light yet super strong so time will tell. So far so good.

This happenened to me as well, but I've apparently adapted to it or they've become less slippery over time. Can't say which as I didn't make any changes in behavior or foot placement.
