What are all your opinions on IIFYM, Keto and IF?
I personally prefer the IIFYM route. It's just energy balance; i.e., cal in/out.
Also, I don't think I would be able to go an entire morning and part of my afternoon without a meal.

Never know when to trust the MISC brah's..

I've visited my wife's family in Huntington Beach a few times in the summer...it was a cool 70 the whole time

I take what I read on the bb forums with a HUGE grain of salt...like all forums lol

I'm an IIFYM man like you, as well. It's good for me to always have food in me for energy/hunger reasons. I love carbs b/c of energy, so keto is out. I feel like I'm gonna pass out after not eating for 2 hrs, so IF is out, too lol.

At the end of the day, it's calories in v. calories out

But yea, I'm pretty much eating every 2-3 hours as well. Not for the so-called "metabolic" benefits or anything like that, but because if I don't I'll probably pass out or something..

I just go the misc for the lulz.

Took the mountain bike out to a local trail today. It's clear that there's a severe deficiency in the conditioning portion of my strength & conditioning.

    Perma-banned, checking in.

I don't remember what the final nail in the coffin was, it's been a few years. But I got plenty of vacations from 2 weeks out to 6 months along the way.

2 pounds in a week. Haha just for fun I weighed myself last night before I ate and then about an hour after I was done. 152 before and 154.5 after. Haha

Oh and inspired by Derrick cool ass scale, I got one too.

    Weight 154
    BMI 20.4
    BF 7.1%
    Muscle mass 52%
    Water weight 68.8%
    Bone mass 5.2%

Whatever all these numbers are relevant to, I have no clue. Haha

Had a tuuuurrible day at the gym today. I have these days a few times a year, usually due to a bad night's sleep. Usually, if I sleep like shit and am tired all day, once I get to lifting, I get in the zone and everything is good, but other times, it just doesn't happen. I did shoulders today and just couldn't get in the zone. Everything was heavy and I didn't want to be there at all...it was tuhrible.

    all 4 sets:

    ohp
    standing dumbbell side raises
    standing dumbbell front raises
    incline bench reverse flies
    shrugs

Same. I can't eat a lot at once, so I just break everything down into 6 small meals. I guess my body is accustomed to it now b/c if I got 2-3 hrs without eating, I get really lightheaded.

I've been searching the forums for years about general bro-science questions I've had...still do, as well. Of course, I try to get most of my "knowledge" from actual science, but it's just as relevant, IMO, to see what people do in real life. I've never posted though due to all the trolls. A little trolling here and there is fine, but you can't read a single thread without folks trolling or an argument breaking out and people getting called a phagget

Oh yeah, I fluctuate like that, too. At the beginning of the day, I can weigh 195, but by the end of the day, I'll be 200 or so...I'm talking about the long-term though. I track my weight loss/gain by my Monday morning's weigh-in.

Water, too. I think a gallon weighs like 8 lbs or something like that. I have to get up and pee at least twice a night because I "sleep-drink" throughout the night. I start out with a full glass on the nightstand every night and it's always empty the next morning :notsure:

I do every Friday mornings weight. That's when I am absolutely my lightest. Always has been that way.
But like this morning I weighed 225 so I just got home from the gym and ate dinner. 229 after finishing off the rest of my water, and 8oz chicken 12 oz of broccoli. So that's shits normal.
