They looked much better with the lift. I wanted 285 75 17 but they only had mud terrains in that size

Looking into the icons stage 1 (extended travel) kit on Toytec (Icon coilover strut 0-3.5" and rear 2.0 shock 0-3") From my research I have found that they recommend not exceeding the factory preset height of 1.75" ***Even though they advertise the shocks lift capacity from (0-3.5") of total lift*** I saw this thread on the settings and adjustments, but was for 3rd gens. never seen this subject talked about, or how it would work on the 2nd gens:frusty: My goal is to obtain a true 3" up front and level in the rear. Is this an unattainable height for the icons? I have already installed my dakar rear leaf packs (AMAZING BTW) and would suggest that route vs. the blocks in the rear. ANY Icon guys out there with some advice?

So Icon advertises 2.75" of lift but they can only be cranked to about 2"?! That's not good at all. I was planning on running 34s with the Stage 3 kit. Guess I'll save some money and get a Boss kit now that I know Icon is lying.

ok first of all you have a coupe things confused. the 2" they are talking about is the threads showing. cranking 2 inches will give you more then a 2" lift. if you have a 3rd gen tacoma you have to crank it to the maximum setting to get a decent lift unless you get 700lb springs which i would recommend. im doing that this friday hopefully and ill post results.
