    Hahahaha. Next time I'll google it! I should know better :) In all honesty just didn't realize people upgraded shackles unless the ones they had were malfunctioning. I thought they were pretty standard. Just gives your leafs some room to move right? Or no?

    Question was spurred by another person who mentioned they were replacing theirs.

    I'm the one replacing mine, for most part shackles are fairly common, but with my stock ones and my shackle flip, my shackles are almost laying flat, and since there a one piece shackle they are contacting with my spring. So using a two piece shackle and they be a little longer, and I'll adjust the position of my hanger, I hope to get a little angle back, and stop them making contact with the spring

    Awesome thanks man! Looks like something I may need to do in the future. Just installed an icon stage 2 lift but waiting until August to break it in, in Uwharrie. I'm sure I'll realize I need to make some adjustments like that. Thanks for the info!
