    im not gonna bulk again,
    Im much happier and just as strong at 220-228 than i was at 240.
    Get your BF down, increase ur macros just enough to not gain fat but a very slow muscle size gain and growth. Its hard, and frustrating.

    Also no rest days for the next 18 days taking after this Saturday the whole weekend of the 13th off so going to grind like never before and hopefully it doesn't kill me. But my one year anniversary of deciding to start getting healthy is the 11th and I'm gonna be the leanest I've ever been since I was a kid by then or be verydisappointed.

    For most people @ 6'0 a lean ish 220-230 is a very very almost elite impossible feat to reach unless you run gear.
    i can do my best to help you, but know that i been training for 15 years now and still learn every day

    Well, my bb.com order shipped from PA this time. Last time it was NV...Usually it ships from FL and is here the next day. I dunno what happened to their FL facility.

    @dwalden2, I'm coming your way tomorrow after work. The wife and I are camping around Blue Ridge for the weekend...we were looking at Deep Hole Campground (giggidy). Thoughts? As you already know, I hate people, so the more secluded, the better lol.

    That's a good idea to weigh in on Friday. It's probably not smart to weigh in coming straight off the weekend, especially with how my weekends usually go. Mon-Fri, I stick to my diet 100% though, so I think I'll move my weigh-in to Fri morning, as well. :thumbsup:

    5'11" 220 and about 9-10% bf is my ultimate goal. Time to break out the syringes!

    Also, I've decided to kinda take your advice, @manethon: Since I've been at a standstill with my weight-loss, I went to like 5 different sites and re-tracked my TDEE and I think I had originally calculated mine too high (~3100)....after checking different calculators and looking at my experience, I think my actual TDEE is somewhere around 2700, so I'm gonna try eating at around 2200-2300 for a while so I can speed this shit up.
