I honestly don't even know what weight I need to go for anymore. Everyone said not to drop below 220 but I'm 224.8 this morning and I feel like another 14 lbs isn't going to be enough. To be as lean as I should be before I start maintaining. It may be dysmorphia but I'm lost.

Fuck the scale. Look in the mirror and at the amount of weight you can move.

Negative on the how much I can move ghost rider. One armed here and had to get a spot on a 70lb dumbbell with my good arm very embarrassing. And very humbling as well. I thought I'd never in my life wear smaller than a 40 in jeans. Now I wear a 36" and can get into a 34" if I really want to (extremely tight on the thighs).

    6'4" some days 6' 3 3/4"

He said he was rocking Zyzz shorts at the gym yesterday for leg day yesterday. I figured he posted a pic on the SC of it and left me out :pout:

I'm a 34, but I'm thinking about going up to a 36 because my nuts and thighs are about to bust out of my 34's....wearing pants is so uncomfortable to me. I wish I could wear gym shorts to work.

You'll be on a small area of the Toccoa, and Rock Creek and Cooper's creek are both a short distance away. With it being this late in the summer, I wouldn't be expecting to catch anything too big. Most of your bigger fish are seeking cooler water. And I wouldn't be surprised if you caught a little bass or 2, either. If you go out Rock creek, you can go past the hatchery (hatchery is probably a 20-25 min drive) and hit rock creek lake. You could definitely drown some worms and catch enough trout to take back and grill.

As far as blue ridge and TVC, you can probably get to Toccoa valley campground to float in 20-25 mins. Probably take you 35-45 minutes to make it back to town.

There was the one from last year, and she told me I had to put them on again this year...

Nope. My buddies didn't make it back to town from work In time to work with me.i was already done squatting by the time they got there. They were bringing me the shorts because I don't have any that short. I took a pic of them...did I not send it to you? I don't think I saved it.

Just signed up for a Spartan Race in September. It is their "sprint" version which is shorter but still has obstacles. Says it can be 3-5 miles with 20-23 obstacles. Sounds like there is no way I'll be running more than a mile at a time, which is about my limit before I want to strangle myself with my camelback hose anyway, so it should be good. They were running a groupon half price so I figure why not :notsure:

Nah, I wore the Merica trunks last night to eat at the Marina Bar and go out on the boat.

One of them went SUPER short. Like, shorter than a lot of girls wear. It was so bad. He would have fit in with certain pride parades that take place in Atlanta from time to time.

awesome! you'll have fun. The mileage is broken up between obstacles so there won't be a super long stretch of just running. First one I ever did was the Beast in the mountains of Montana, ended up being 16 miles...up and down mountains....HELL. sooo starting with the sprint, especially if you are in shape should be easy

I did the warrior dash several years ago. It was fun. The only part I really hated was it was a cold April (like 40 degrees) and we did the 9 am heat, and it was a 1/2 mile run directly into a swim, which was like 100 meters across a pond. So it was FREEZING. And then you're wet the rest of the run, which is no fun. The obstacles were easy, and it broke up the run which made it easier. Of course, that was only a 5K...if I tried anything longer than that right now I'd die because I just don't do distances.

That's why I've never owned a scale until recently. I don't need someone else to tell me how much I need to weigh to be "fit" or whatever. If I look good and feel good then why should I care about my weight?
