I purchased my 02 Tacoma double cab from the original owner almost 3 months ago

Today I decided to look at the dealer offered document holder from Toyota of Cerritos here in Socal . I wanted to place my paperwork inside this document holder and when opened it up I found the owners manual which I thought was cool

As I continued to look thru it I found the dealers window sticker . It was really cool seeing all the dealer options and other info pertaining to my Tacoma

Also seeing the dealers sticker price of $21,995.00

I think having the dealers window sticker is a valuable item and It can increase the value of my truck if/ when I ever decide on selling

Definitely was a perk in buying mine. The guy had the service manual, service manual supplements, and the original window sticker. Kinda cool to get to see the original stuff the truck came with, and look at what the original owner was looking at all those years ago.

Yep I also have service records from the dealer when the original owner brought it there for service and repair

I bought a 1996 Saab 9000 Aero and it had the original window sticker. It didn't really add to the value of the car but it had a huge fun value for me. $39,000! I got the car for $2.2k.

Window sticker won't add value. But will let your buyer know what exactly he is getting and might make a faster sale.

I still have mine with the owners manual in the glove box. Bought the truck in December 2000.

Do you have a picture of the window sticker that you can post?

Very few of us own a Double Cab 4 CYL, and it would be cool to see the picture. Amazing on resale value, if it was only 22K new.

I'll get a pic of mine later this evening and post it here

Going thru the papers on the 2003 Tacoma I bought a couple of years ago from the original owner I came across the dealer window sticker.

I still have every piece of paper mine came with when new. I'm amazed that is all stayed with the truck considering it's had four owners.
