    UPDATE:

Installed a 20" LED light bar mounted to the front bumper and replaced the hazed and chipped headlights with some deep ones. I went ahead and put a bead of silicone on the light bar and headlights to hopefully prevent moisture.

Also removed the block in the rear and replaced the leaf pack with a new one I got for free from another member which already had the icon 3 leaf add a leaf and stuck my current AAL on it to give the same amount of lift without needing a block. Probably not the best way to do it but it works... lol the things you do on a college budget!! With this I replaced the shitty pro comp rear shock with the extended travel 5100s in the rear. Much better ride

Also installed All Pro Offroad's extended steel braided brake lines in the rear.

So I got a sweet deal for these 12" Rockford Fosgate P3's with a 1500W amp. A buddy of mine was selling them for more "go fast" parts in his VW so he gave them to be for $250. BUT THEY ARE HUGE...

So I was forced to remove a backseat and mount it in its place. But I am still able to use the storage compartment :D

I also went ahead and installed a single din Kenwood head unit for the RCA's lol

    These are pretty damn loud
Ignore the rips on the sides.... They were bought used and will be fixed soon

    Also,

I am currently in the process of acquiring a MIG welder and a JD Model 32 tube bender for some fun projects like sliders, rear bumper, and light rack....

OH, and did I forget to mention the DRIFT TRIKE PROJECT. I am gonna be building a couple drift trikes from a couple of old go-karts that have been sitting on the side of my house... Future pics to come

Thank you sir. For the moment it is just strapped down with a tie down through the D Ring and the adjustable bed fastener things lol

But I have a cool idea for a bed mount once I get my bender and welder. Stay tuned

Well, the JD2 Model 32 bender came in today but I won't be able to assemble it until I weld up a stand for it. Pics will be incoming soon! Picking up the Lincoln Electing MIG 180 230V this weekend so I am super excited :D

In the meantime I just came up with a slider design that I kinda like but if anyone has some input or suggestions they are gladly welcomed! I am just trying to get into the fabrication world so bear with me. Here is my first prototype of the sliders:

Those look beefy! Let me know when you get them into the fab stage. I maybe throwing some money at you for a set!

Well design process officially done on sliders and here is the final product. Next step is fabrication here in a couple of weeks. I plan on selling these as a product if people are interested. Stay tuned for other products to come out.

    UPDATE:

I have designed some sliders without a kickout and I have been playing a little with filler plate ideas. Still have to add tabs and bolts but this gives the general picture.

Stay tuned as more products will be designed and posted. This will be a slow and study process especially with school starting up in 4 weeks but I am dedicated and determined because I believe I would love to turn this into a career and bring my mechanical engineering expertise to the business.

Also, currently trying to come up with a name for the company. I have a few ideas floating around but nothing is sticking yet so shoot me some ideas to get the gears going in my head! Tell me what you guys think of what I am designing

Note: All of my products will be fully designed in 3D to the proper specs necessary prior to prototyping. I am currently waiting on some equipment to arrive to get the wheels turning.

**Filler plates are meant to help prevent rocks from being flung at the rocker panel and to aid in traction for using the sliders like side steps.

Picked up a 125 cf cylinder of shielding gas this past weekend. Next thing to get is materials and begin fabricating the first set of sliders in which I will tally the total cost and figure up some prices and shipping.

I am currently playing around with some front plate bumper ideas for an 05-11 Taco. Stay tuned for the finished product!

UPDATE: So I have been delayed on the slider fab because I am heading back to school in Kansas tomorrow so I can start for a few more days. But I have made a little progress on the first WindsorCraft Front Plate Bumper! I mocked up a cardboard design to help visualize what I wanted. Obviously there will be cutouts and more detail but this was just for a general idea. Currently finishing up the 3D rendering.

Been real busy with school lately and have been sidetracked with 4 L-Screens I am building for my baseball team. Materials for sliders are arriving tomorrow. Bumper design almost completely modeled in Inventor

A little of this and a little of that.
    Hi Austin,
    Nice truck!

I really like the design of your sliders, especially the combination of square and round stock. Ill be in the market for some in the near future for my 2011 DCSB. I'm going to pay attention to your progress.

    Cheers
