Low for a woman? Probably not.

Also I believe average BF% for a woman your height is high 20s so you're not far off. I'd suggest actually looking at what you eat. It may just be as simple as cutting sugar out. What's a normal days meal? @jagergirll

Well since I have only been calorie counting food for the day is normally fruit after a morning run. I have several 100 calorie snacks from nuts, gummies, applesauce etc throughout the day. Lunch is a half sandwich generally a wrap or on sourdough with turkey mayo, mustard. Dinner is other half of sandwich or grilled meat with steamed rice and veggies or salad. I try to keep a slightly hungry feeling all day. I drink water all day maybe 64 oz and my 1 cherished Dr. Pepper.

    musclebox.me

or you can buy past boxes at shop.musclebox.me

Subscriptions start at 29.99/mo (that includes shipping) or you can buy individually out of their past boxes for $29.99 each (free shipping too) and use that code (MUSCLEBOX25) for 25% off. They also seem to put those on sale sometimes. I just bought the Chest Day Box and the Shredded Box which was on sale for $24 so my total was only $40 for both boxes, which each have a shirt and protein shaker :bananadance:

But why not eat until you're full and stop eating? I eat so I'm not hungry all the time.

So you don't eat bad it just could be better. Try altering a few things .......

Eat a bigger breakfast: eat more fruit after your run combined with some kind of protein. Greek yogurt, a few egg whites, a 3 oz piece of chicken/turkey or even a protein shake. Blend the fruit if it makes it easier and have a smoothie. Eating a big breakfast should help suppress your constant hunger better and give you a good energy boost for the day.

Day snacks are fine but just cut down on the gummies and applesauce. Eat half of what you eat now. Continue with the nuts but eat unsalted and unflavored nuts. Also eat some baby carrots or fresh spinach. They will keep you more full feeling and have very little calories.

Lunch is fine also just substitute the bread with whole wheat bread and use light mayo and light mustard. Also add more turkey if it's a small amount now.

Dinner, eat less rice and switch to brown rice or anything whole wheat (oats, pasta, bread). Eat baked meat instead of grilled meat. Baking it holds more nutrients in the meat itself so you will get more vitamins, minerals and bcaa content. Eat the veggies, mostly green veggies and def drink water as much as you can. The Dr. Pepper...... that's all on you. Haha

Hey man the Dr. Pepper helps healthy food I hate tolerable!

I think cutting down on the snacking will help I know sticking around 1500 cals a day is enough for what I do and upping the weight loss to 1.5 lbs a week should help. The mayo and mustard are minimal amounts I could actually just eat a dry sandwich I suppose.

Jager, try the diet Doctor. I gave up a Mountain dew habit going to Sprite Zero, then Powerade Zero or water.
