@northwesttaco - don't forget to grease the flat outside flange ( the part that smashes against the frame ) of your LCA bushings before you install them...so many people with squeeky trucks thinking it's their uniballs asking noise when it's their dry poly bushings dry humping the frame...

I wonder if that's why mine is squeaking lol. I didn't even think of doing that idk why, seems pretty obivious now that you say it. It only does it on corners and isn't that bad, wife just thinks the truck is broken ;)

It's not fun to go back and do if you missed it, you need to completely pull the LCA back out to do it... You can tear the bushings when they are dry too.

Yeah for sure, plus the cost of another alignment. Might just push the luck and see how long they last and fix it when they need replacing.

Just mark the cam tabs and frame with a paint pen line and re install them in the same position and there will be no need for an alignment

DAYYUM @Evenflow thanks for bringing the tech back to this thread! I spoke with RCV recently and was told they have no intention of ever re-releasing their line of Toyota IFS CV axles. Too many variables and problems. I had them on my last build and they were killer. I would love to run them on my Tacoma because like yours, my CVs run out of travel long before my coilovers do. I've probably got them limited a good inch and a half.

Wheel it more? I've done more than you have this year :boink:
Probably the matching sterling from the superduty as well. Haven't looked much lately, but the plan is to just keep 8 lug

Last night in Pittsburgh! Say goodbye to my brother tomorrow morning and off to Akron/Cleveland area. Visit more family Friday/Saturday and fly home Sunday.

Truck news: wheel spacers shipped today and axles arrived at cvj. They told
me they'd be done in 1-2 days so hopefully can ship them Monday. I'm so excited for LT it's the only thing I can think about

At lunch today went up umtanum to mess around they put a berm ( or a rather large bump ) in the road towards the end that wasn't there last year. Freaked out as I was going faster than I wanted, but the LT ate that shit up. I'm sure it would be a good place to mini huck your truck when its up together :D.

    I'm surprised Traci isn't first!

I would always tence up before hitting a big bump but the coil overs soak it up! I'm sure LT is even better
