"So after about a week of having my tranny fluid filled and extra radiator clips removed (thank you texas...) I am still experiencing a squeak from my front right wheel/suspension. Has anyone else experienced this? I am taking her in tomorrow to have the TSB performed and the wheel looked at. Just curious what the specific problem might be. I am by no means an auto mechanic and don't want to sound like a complete dumbass."

See post #706 here. Maybe a bushing?

I got back on toyota web site went to build your own 4 Runner sr5 accessories there was no part # listed, but as I posted before msrp $499.00, it did state only available with factory keyless entry or smart key. I have the trd off road keyless entry so I guess I was able to get it. My dealer is well known in KCMO metro area they try pretty hard to make customer happy. Like I said earlier when I picked the truck up they forgot to charge me for it. I think the dealership your going to is blowing smoke. Just my opinion.

Mine was originally diagnosed as dry sway bar bushings and they were removed and greased. Sounded plausible. Noise returned nearly immediately. After searching I found other cases. Recently someone started a thread
    Rad/Front Body Mounts Shot
After reading up on subject came across 2 more with current identical noise. Passenger radiator support mount. Was horrible metal to metal sound. Started out sounding like a dried up deteriorated front passenger upper control arm bushing. Body bushing with steel sleeves through rubber donuts, to be simple, are misaligned causing the noise. Use mine for a reference. Done today at First Team Toyota in Chesapeake VA. Was an authorized warranty repair. I imagine you have seen/heard this but will post anyway. This is what this particular bushing sounds like. This is how bad it became after 6 weeks and I parked it for 11 days until the parts came in.

Too much blue from the front IMO. Either way, I'll probably go back and forth with the painted piece.

Stopped by Cruisin Offroad today to get my new DCLB with fill plates Rock Sliders. They were just back from the powdercoaters of their first run of 2016 Rock Sliders. I am very happy with how they turned out and how the look on the truck.

Here's the part, on my dealer's web site ($155.68):

    http://parts.gullotoyota.com/oe-toyota/pt39835160

And a flat $150 to install

I imagine your dealer would match another dealer's price, otherwise I'd be like well f*ck you, I'll give someone else my $... Then your just haggling over install price.

Waxed away most of the backcountry pin striping today, and replaced the bed decals with matte black. I'm contemplating debadging the ARE emblem.

Hardwired garage door opener to truck.

Basically the same thing as outlined here: OEM Looking Garage Door Button/Opener Hack... but my garage door remote runs off 3.3v instead of 12v. So I used this DROK Waterproof DC-DC Buck Converter 12V to 3.3V to drop the voltage down. The add a circuit is tapped in an acc power so the button only works if the truck is on. So far it works great. Though I did lose some range having the remote stuffed in the dash behind the button.
