    That would be the sensible thing. It's been on my mind. Each time I give it up I have a migraine for several days but I suppose it could be worse. I love water and am more concerned I will drink too much water throughout the day. I purposely didn't buy any went I went grocery shopping so technically I can start pop free tomorrow and have my headache over the weekend.

    Drop set incline DB bench: 70 --> 45
    Tricep push downs

    Superset (4 sets of 10-15):
    Flat DB flyes
    Overhead cable triceps extension

    Giant set (3 sets of 10-15):
    Decline bench (15 reps) at 135
    Close grip push ups
    Single arm tricep pull downs

    Then did some triple drop sets of preacher machine curls. 3 sets to failure.

    Anothing narrow will work outter thighs more. Try ski squats and narrow stance box jumps as well

    That's a side lunge.

    Narrow is going to help with the outer sweep of the quad more than anything wide. Narrow stance squats, or, even better, heavy hack squats.

    My gym doesn't have a hack squat machine, so, every other leg day I've been doing light weight, heavy rep narrow stance (basically, feet in line with hips). Just be careful to make sure your form is perfect, otherwise you could easily fuck up a knee.

    I consider them a squat since I try and end as I would a squat (butt parallel). I usually put a bench where I'm stepping to and try to tap a cheek on it like a box squat before I go back up

    But I'm backwards...wide stanced things would get the inner thighs. Narrow would get outer...

    If you have a smith machine that doesn't allow the bar to move along the X axis (only goes up and down) you can do Zach and I's modified hack squats where you lean back on the bar and put your feet way out in front of you and squat that way. It really grabs the quads. Narrow on that would definitely get it done

    Yea, I've done those before. I don't like how it feels on my knees or my back. I just do front squats, narrow squats, narrow leg press instead. I wish we'd get a back squat machine. They used to kick my ass at the gym and KSU.

    I'm at more of a lean when I do them, I put a bench or something out for my toes to bump against so they can't slide forward when I go down. I also barely do any weight. I think the most I've done is 2 45s but this is on a smith machine where I'm fairly certain the bar weighs negative LBs...
