    My definition though is it has to move under its own power. A truck with an engine but no wheels is just as useless as one with wheels and no engine

    That is some flawed logic. I could get a set of wheels and tires for $200 on craigslist. It takes 8 hours to swap a motor and $600 more. I judge all vehicles based on their value in parts

    You shut it lol. I said that to make it simple. And its not flawed. I just see all movement impairing problems on a mostly even field. Any problem can be fixed. Some are just more annoying than others
