I just got myself a 2009 Tacoma TRD Sport - it features bed rails that have adjustable tie down points.

What kind of lbs of pull can these support if I am strapping down to them?

Its in the manual. Its not a lot. Most people put in additional tie downs in the front of the bed, using the bed bolts. check out the sticky for cheap mods.

I believe it's 200# straight out. Keep in mind if you're pulling at an angle, you can't put a 200 # load on them.

If I'm not mistaken, the cleats have their max load rating molded right into them. And it's in the low 200 lb range.

I'd put D-rings on the bed floor to hold up multiple dirt bikes or get a Bed Buddy. People do use them for dirt bikes but I refuse to trust a plastic rail and ring to hold up my bikes.

i strapped 2 250s in my truck with the bed cleats... scariest 10 mile drive ever. Ide recommend getting some d rings up front or get a bed buddy from CCR sport. thats what I've been rocking for a year now and i have no worries hauling bikes now.

If I put the D rings on the bed bolts, I assume they're more then strong enough to strap down to securely?

    Bikes are 230's

I can tell you theyre rated high enough to hold a makeshift hammock and two people :)

But I definitely wouldn't trust them with my dirt bike

CCR Sports BED BUDDY motorcycle tie-down bar.
I put one in my 2005 access cab prerunner to transport two WR 450 dirt bikes. I have been using it since 2005 with no problems. I just bought a new one for my 2012 DC LB 4X4 and installed it today. The new ones dont seem as beefy as the old one, and I had to use washers to space it away from the bed so that the center tie down point would clear the factory tie-down rail. The old one had this center tie-down loop welded at the very edge (towards tail gate) and fit just fine up against the factory rail; the new one was welded closer to center, so I had to space it back.
In the pics below, the old one is faded.
This works great for hauling 1-3 motorcycles; I have had two full size 450 dirt bikes and a mini 110 once, but usually just the two 450's.
