Apex hids are good and affordable.
I have them in my headlights and fog lights. Mine are green and work great. And you can aim the beam just fine

You can aim them fine, but unless you have projector retrofits you cannot control the scatter. So while you aim them, the light still escapes the horizon cut offs.

And green is a terrible choice if you would like to see at night.

something around a 4500K HID bulb would be Pure white (not sure about halogen temperatures)
The higher temperature HID bulb you get, the more blue the light output becomes

Bias leading to a skewered judgement. You may think you can see fine, but you actually aren't. Also, glare is for the other drivers, not you.

OP, what are you asking? Best bulbs (dumb idea, as posted above) or the best retrofit path to take? Need more info.

Thx guys. I looking to change my oem lights for any other bright ones but that hey don't glare to the others drivers. Someone told me about a 4500 kit 35 watts but I'm not sure if is the correct one for my pick up. Thx for the help.

No HID will give you better light output in the stock housing without glaring other drivers. Whoever told you that is giving bad advice.

The best way to get better light output is to get brighter halogens. Philips X-Treme Vision would be first choice.
