    I had it on my ar at first, held it perfectly. Then put it on my pistol, same story. I have both a Trijicon RMR and this Burris fast fire. I like the fast fire way more and want to keep it. But I need cash :(

    Apologize, meant to get back to ya but got caught up and forgot. It's sold.
    It was a top mount. You have to remove the rear sight and it slides right into the slot. Then you mount the fast fire onto that.
    Here is the mount I had. It says xd/xdm so I'm assuming it will. Sorry for the late response.

    Thanks for the info. Definitely cheaper than having the slide milled to mount an RMR

    definitely was. also didn't have any issues holding zero after hundreds of rounds.
