You know I was thinking of making a basic html page to list future offroad meets for a bunch of us to go on since many of us have off road friends that aren't tacoma owners. Kind of a central website to include those not on TW :D

Well I checked the wires with power live and found that the green wire was the only one that illuminated the new lights. So I connected. The lights work with the DRL's now but, when I turn on the headlights, the new lights turn off and the DRL's are still on. Wtf? :annoyed::frusty:

Aren't the DRLs on all the time anyways? Mine are the same as the turn signals, it's a 3 way light. DRL, blinker, and when they headlights are on the illuminate at about 50%

I don't think so. 2016 the DRL's are LED's and have a specific indicator on the column switch before running and headlights.

Its could be a power issue. Cars only have an x amount of amps that they'll put out per circuit. Put to much load on 1 circuit at once and things will turn off till the load lightens

Running some drills and slinging some lead Sunday morning.

Might be putting my Solstice back to stock Saturday. If you guys aren't friends wth @Mach375 on FB, he pretty much obliterated his hand being a badass. So Sunday afternoon will be spent lending him a hand with some truck maintenance stuff if I get back from the range in time.

You all should join if you can. Shane's an awesome dude, and a good off road tour guide.

Got the transmission TSB done on my 3rd Gen yesterday. Part of it is to check the level and top it off with fluid.

According to the paperwork they used 3 quarts. Going to test it out on lookout tomorrow if anyone is interested in joining me.

Rowher Flats staging 3 10 am. Probably head down the bouquet side of Rowher trail after lookout.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
I can't wait for 5 more pages of this! :goingcrazy:

So true. I went to LA last week and it was like no one had a blinker they just jammed over and fuck it.
    Cushion for the pushin'.
Not much you can do here. It really makes the whole frame shudder.
They can be stiff on new springs. They soften up nicely, though after awhile.

Nah. Overload a circuit and you either burn up the wiring or you blow a fuse/relay. Pixies don't care.

Where did you tap ground? Are you sure you're into the day time running lights hot lead?
