I saw a badass Jay Cutler shaker at GNC last time I went and had it at the counter to checkout....then they pissed me off and I walked out. It was one of the big 32 oz shakers with a container to store your dry protein/pills/etc that screwed onto the bottom of the shaker.

Mustard is like eating air...I put that, lemon pepper, and hot sauce on everything. Free flavor, no calories.

I prefer this version over the machine....mainly because out gym doesn't have the machine either and I really like doing this version. Isolates the quads so well. Only downside is if you've got a ghetto booty like me, you kinda have to swing the bar over your ass as you move up. It's a great lightweight exercise (~135-185 lbs or so)

I do this, too. I do it on leg press and with isolation machines. If I do 3 sets, I'll do one pigeon toed, one regular, and one with my toes facing outward.

 

Had another shitty day in the gym yesterday. I found out it was from lack of sleep. I went to bed and hour earlier last night and feel great today. I only did chest and tri's last night, so I'm gonna do legs on Sunday when I get back from the mountains. I did do calves and abs afterwards though....I'll do them again on Sunday, too.

all 4 sets:

flat bench
incline bench
decline bench

circuit (3 sets of each):

triceps rope pushdown, hanging leg raises, calves
overhead triceps rope extension, lying leg raises, calves

machine triceps extensions: 3 sets to failure

The past 2 days in the gym were awful. On chest day, I usually warm up with 135x20-25 on flat bench. Yesterday, I think I got it like 13 times. Can't be fucking with my sleep!

 

Heading to Ocean City MD for a long weekend with my wife and her family. They don't understand that I can't eat anything and everything and still stay "in shape" (her family doesn't but she does, she is actually a nutritionist and dietitian). I always catch shit from her dad and brothers for ordering salads or vegetables with my steak. The good news is that there is an awesome power lifting gym there that I always love going to. So, any extra calories/carbs will hopefully be put to use in the gym. I am vowing to go at least twice while I am there - aiming for Saturday and Monday.

 

Was debating on leg day or chest day today and all this pigeon toed talk made me want to do leg day.
I took a video of the leaning on the smith bar squats. Will try and get it up shortly. I hate putting things on youtube

I use the YouTube app...it's really simple. Take video, upload, share URL, disable comments, then after a few days, go make it private. Keeps fuck bois and trolls at bay

 

I wish you could keep it private and also have it work when you link it (like in this forum)

 

Those are called gangsta lean squats. Really helps develope proper seating position in the caddy when rollin through tha hood

Eh, I pulled into the icecream store that just opened near my house last night with "8 Ball" blasting, Oakleys on, windows down, leaning..then exited wearing my Powerman 5000 sleeveless and scared people with my muscles and tattoos

Know what it's really hard to do with one arm. Those damn squats. Could not keep my balance. Ended up grabbing a jump box and putting it under me in the event I bit it. But never could get in position once I started going down
