    With enough money, any Lexus part will fit any Tacoma...or any other car/boat/train/bicycle.

    Personally, I'd try headlights first.

    This is why I'm asking:
    Lexus reliability numbers are always slightly higher than Toyota's.
    This may be because of better design or this can (more likely be) because of better parts.
    So in the event the alternator or fuel pump or master cylinder goes bad in my Tacoma, a Lexus compatible part is likely better.

    Thus my original question:

    Which Lexus parts are straight replacement bolt-on into a 2nd gen Tacoma

    Lexus reliability numbers are more than likely slightly higher because they are billed as a luxury car that will have a slightly easier life than a standard automobile; hence the "slight" difference
