Nfab front bumper with KC apollo lights, bed lights, bluesea systems fuse box....lots of painted stuff.
    Struggling with the energy suspension bushing mod.... I think I ripped the old bushings and can't seem to find a way to remove that "sleeve"...

    I mean.. I can't get the sleeve out of the rack... been beating on it with a pickle fork set for an hour now.. and alot of the old bushing is stuck in there... not moving.

    Tonight I wired up my pop n lock (
    $198 PL8540 Pop & Lock – Power Tailgate Smart Lock Combo with Bolt Technology for Toyota Tacoma, Fits 2005 to 2015 Models (OEM Color Black, PL8540)
    PL8540) to go with my Bakflip G2. Wiring it up was simple. The toughest part was running the wires under the truck and keeping them tight and out of the way of moving parts. Took my about 2 hours thanks to the write up already on this site. Wired it up to the driver's side back door so it only unlocks with a double tap of the remote. Now my bed is secure when I put luggage or baby stroller in there.

    Had to put a new throwout bearing in the transmission yesterday so while they were at it I had them put in a new clutch there goes 1400 bucks I was going to spend on my new rear bumper.

    Well I went ahead and dipped the grill surround last night. For the $11 I spent on the Plasti-Dip im very impressed. The color matches alot better than I thought it would. The look is exactly what IIMG_3091.jpg IMG_3092.jpg wanted. I went ahead and separated the surround from the grill and that was alot easier than I had heard it would be.
