That is an awful large caster range for identical trucks. I would think an assembly line would hold a tight tolerance on trucks. With repetitive robots and laser positioning I would expect all to probably be within +/- 1/2 degree. I spent 20 years in auto mfg of automated machinery. I know when we did test runs for purchase we might run 1000's of crankshafts and they measured every dimension on samples but spacing and stroke checked on every crank. We had to hold 1/10 of their production tolerances over a 24 hour non-stop cycle. That was only the crank mills.

Well to be fair, tolerance on a crank would need to be much more precise than wheel alignment. I believe the wheels are still aligned by han, but maybe qa is lacking. Many folks complained of off center wheel which means the toe was incorrectly set. My caster was off from the factory.

Thats really apples to oranges. I wonder if it is narrowed down to a certain plant or date range. I have seen a few complaints on steering wheel alignment. I guess I was lucky that my steering has always been good and centered. But mine was on the line that got misaligned body mount bushings that were horrible to listen to. An offset steering wheel would have at least been quiet. I have not looked at the steering assembly on mine. I know in the old days you could move each tie rod the same number of turns to straighten the steering wheel without making alignment changes.

20% front tints. installer matched factory rears very close.
Added the center console organizer. This should be a standard item Toyota!
Gave it a wash to get the worksite dust off.
Almost 1000 miles. Has been pure pleasure.

I didn't do much to my truck today other than wash it and took my dog for a ride to the groomers. I figured I would share these door protectors that have clips that slide in between the window and the door to hold it on. Got em on Amazon, here is the link for anyone with pets they are transporting in the back seat. They are perfect and I highly recommend.

I have these same door protectors and loved them. However, after a while I noticed they were causing small scratches in the tint film on my rear windows. Had to stop using them. If you added tint to your rear windows, beware.

i checked the AT fluid on my own after Ventura Toyota refused. however, Oxnard Toyota agreed with me that the fluid should have been checked.

i lumped in the TSB with my 15k maintenance. i dropped my truck off at 8 before work, i only work 5 exits away, it was done around 1. but i also mentioned i wasn't in a huge rush to get it back. if you do end up going to Oxnard, ask for Bob Cobbs, he was beyond helpful and understanding.

I see there is one suction cup on the glass... Is there a strip that goes down into the window cavity to hold the rest in place? Or is it Velcro or something that gets taped on top?

Did you roll your windows up and down with them installed? The only place it touches the window is behind the door
