    it's a Totron, 30" bar, I did not cut anything. The holes for the hardware to mount the brackets to the frame already in there from the factory.

    I left the little support pieces in the cut out of the valence as well. I will take some pictures of it with out the light turned on here in a bit so you can see how it looks during normal driving, etc.

    For those that asked, this is what the 30" tucked behind the bumper looks like with zero trimming of anything. Excuse the dirt, we had some unseasonably early rain here in az and it dropped the Tempe here enough for us to enjoy some summer wheelin.

    Forgot you Asked about my setup yo. My bad. Well, mine is secured to the valence itself. On two of the tabs in the opening. Little bit tricky to do it that way. And only single row bars will fit in the opening. But you do get more spread especially with the 10watt led versions. I ended up making a special bracket out of perforated flat stock, bolted to the tabs. Then bolted the bar to the bracket. There is a tiny bit of vibration when off roading, but hardly noticeable. I also used an extra support bracket in the back. I've got pics of you want them. But you may be better off doing it like others behind the valence on the crash bars or whatever. I'm considering swapping my setup for that with a single row 30". Idk. But feel I'll lose a lot of spread as the valence will limit vertical spread, as well as some side too. I feel a 20" works better. I might try it and test it out. Retrun it If I don't like it.

    @NightProwler , I felt I would lose some vertical spread as you are stating, but I didn't lose enough to really notice the difference, my 30 is everybit as wide and long as my buddies 20" and then some. It worked out great. I will try to get some pictures tomorrow evening of it at night so you can see what it looks like.

    Oh and @3rYODA
    I posted a few pics of the new way I installed my 20" on page 4 here.
    Whereas when I first installed it, I had drilled a couple holes in those tabs in the opening. Again this way is trickier, but allows a single row 20" to be mounted more flush with the outside of the bumper.

    Got my light bar installed in my lower valence yesterday, and washed it today so I could take some respectable pictures. I have the 27" X-Torch light bar from theretrofitsource.com. This bar is super bright! They retail for $150, but I picked mine up for $112 when they had their 4th of July sale. For the mounts, I just picked up some "L" mounts from the local hardware store. They are 4" mounts, which is about the smallest you can get because the mounting holes on the front crush bar are about 33" apart. I pretty much just mounted the bar to the brackets and then measured where I would need to drill new holes and then painted the mounts. Here are some pictures:
