    Just a question. Has anybody ever modified the 1st gen strut mounts to except 2nd and 3rd gen suspension?

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    No reason to, with proper coil overs we have greater extension and compression potential already. They have a stilt on the bottom eyelet just to achieve normal ride height.
