Thank you for everyone who responded. I am going to the range, than a pub and making round 2 to the jewelry store. Hopefully my nerves wont be on edge too much since I will not have coffee today.

Do yourself a favor and go to as many jewelry stores as you need to until you find the perfect ring. You're probably gonna have to deal with shitty, high-pressure salesmen but it's totally worth it in the end for a few hours or days worth of hassle. Don't be afraid to just stand up and walk away from a salesmen/store if you don't like how they treat you. I myself went to Shane co, trice, Kay, and helzberg before finding the right ring at Williams. It was a long but rewarding process in the end.

Also depends on who you get. I went to helzburg and had a super nice old lady. Although I already knew the exact ring my wife wanted so I had it easy. Then a few months later me and a buddy went to the same one and the salesman he got was just trying to get more and more expensive even though my buddy told him his budget up front.

I am assuming, and just want to get a for sure answer before having to reinstall a bumper. I ordered the Relentless Fab bumper tie in brackets last week and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number. So I doubt they'll be here by the time the bumper goes on.

Will I be able to just unbolt wherever it connects to and pop it on, or is it something that needs to be done prior to/while installing the bumper?

So I'll be in Steamboat for a couple of days beginning of next week (along with my parents). Never made it that far north/west. Looking for dayhike suggestions, 8 mile round trip maxish, preferably something to see/good views. I'm doing a little searching but I figured I'd ask here since I know at least one person is pretty familiar with the area @Squeaky Penguin Suggestions anyone?

Check out Devil's Causeway in the Flat Tops.

I'd also recommend heading up to any of the lakes in the Zirkel wilderness, but don't know if you'll get a round trip under 8. Gilpin Lake is awesome, but I think it's like 10.

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
Both of those hikes are great that squeaky mentioned. If you want one in town you can hike emerald mountain. It is a good easy hike and you will be with in you 8 mile round trip. You could also go up to sand mountain. Emerald mountain will give you a good view of town, the mountain and a good chunk of the valley. Sand mountain will give you a great view of the northern part of the valley.

Yeah, both Sand Mountain and Hahns Peak have a pretty sweet view.

Thanks guys. Emerald showed up in my search, and the other one that caught my eye was Fish Creek Falls (to upper, not just the lower, and I did see it was paid parking... $5?). Also Rabbit Ears peak though I know that's some distance back east out of town. Looks like Devil's is even farther sw (not too far though - going from FtC up to RMNP or say the Big South trail on 14 is a perfectly reasonable dayhike type of thing we've done in the past).

Gilpin might be possible but we'll have to see. The hike up to Navajo Lake down in Lizardhead proved to be kind of at the limit last time we did that. And starting at Bear, down to Glacier Gorge TH, up to the Loch, down and across to Lake H...whatever, then down to Emerald and back to Bear parking was similarly at the limit. Kind of depends on terrain and elevation gain as to what my Mom can handle. I'll take a look at Sand and Hahns as well.

Now I would never take any sovenoirs from the mines we visit. But I'm keeping this sucker. I think this is a testament to the durability of these sidewalls. I am so very glad I didn't have a blow out on the highway.
