So if i sold my old suspension to a friend as long as everything is decent if not he can have it for free but will the 4x4 suspension fit on the prerunner? I know the front coil overs are a little different.

I thought the front was different between the 4x4 and 4x2. From what I had read the 4x2 style had a small little nub where it attached to the LCA 4x2.jpg
While the 4x4 has a small extension to clear the cv or something

Nope, 6 lug 4x2 prerunner and 4x4 are the same. I believe the spindles are a little different but the LCA and UCA are the same. Coilovers / strut assemblies are the same. Leaf pack and rear shocks are the same between both as well.

Solid! It's far out but you planning on hitting the 8th annual Superstition meet in January? Single cab Taquito. Dig it, man. Where is the Rebel Taco these days? Owner around?

I sold my stock TRD 4x suspension to a guy that has an sr5 prerunner. Installed perfectly. No issues.

I should be there if everything goes right with this build. Picking up my King 16" triple bypasses tonight along with the new 315/70/17s. Need some wheels now, King front coilovers, and rebuild the bed cage as well as a new front prerunner bumper.

And for anyone wondering, if you're selling any aftermarket coilovers to somebody with a 4WD, you WILL need the extended rod ends. The standard rod ends on most coilovers will be just the conical shaped, and they will not clear the front CV shafts. ;)

Detailing my truck and taking a break but just wanted to give everyone a little heads up!

Always been a fan of Meguiar's products and as far as pinstripes that can be removed and aren't completely through the paint surface Meguiar's "Scratch X and Ultimate Compound "do not work even after multiple applications!Yes i'm doing it by hand and don't have a polisher/buffer anymore!I'll have to next time in the future use something more cutting/aggressive!Until then back to the detail grind!Beauty scars are character!Haha!:D
