    Evening Everyone !!!

Had a fun day in Seal Beach visiting my Brother and Sister in law who were here for only two days , they flew back to Hawaii just an hour ago . Got a free lunch out of it so can't complain

It's was a warm 1.5 hr drive there this morning and a longer 2.5 hrs drive home , only 75 miles east way LOL !! . Some driveability issues reappeared and thought these problems were taken care of at my 60k mile service

Anyone familiar with or have had this problem . At low rpm's and trying to accelerate I'm getting a bog / hesitation .If get into the loud pedal harder it accelerates fine . Not sure if this is normal or not as it happens sporadically and doesn't do this all the time

If I push on the throttle hard to get past the bog It does downshift and can't tell if it's a transmission issue or not . To me if feels like a lean tip in ( throttle input) maybe even a EGR issue . I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow

That's good to know. My brother in law put in a new system for me because the 20+ year old compressor decided to burn up and had a dead short to ground. It blew the main fuses in my breaker panel too. Imagine that, 150A fast acting fuses for the main in a breaker panel. o_O

Of course it was on a Saturday evening so nothing was open and what Lowes and Home Depot had was pretty useless. I really didn't want to go without power the entire weekend so I bought a single 600v 100A fuse, cut the blades off the end and used what little power I had left in my cordless drill to make a pair of "no-blow" fuses for a temporary fix, knowing that the breakers on all of the other circuits would trip before the house burnt down. :rofl:New fuses took a couple days to get even at an industrial electrical supply house and they were $35.00 each. It was a 200 A panel so I upped them to 200A fuses. crazy stuff.

Small front yard and smaller backyard. AND I still pay a gardener.

Just took me an hour and a half to drive 20 miles home. The Sand fire has one of the main highways bogged down so it effects the whole city. It is now burning 10,000 acres a day. This is from a back fire they lit, creates a Pyro-cumulus cloud

Ouch. I get all bent out of shape if my drive takes much over 20 minutes. Patience is not my strong suite.

At least you don't work at that circus of an airport that is known as Ronald Reagan International (DCA). That place is the most unorganized rat race I have ever seen. :goingcrazy:

they are part of us the whole thing is a mess and has been getting worse for years. one of the reasons i took the job was because it was a 4 day work week since i was adding 30 more miles of driving a day now when i get back i'll be on a 5 day week. so that means another day of getting up at 3:30 and another day of driving 130 miles with no compensation so essentially a pay cut and taking time away. they've tried to keep it from me i guess out of fear i'll quit which i will but not until the house is paid for and things are settled around here

Maybe the Fuel Filter and maybe a weak battery.

Has brand new battery and no CEL

    I'm thinking it's the EGR
