    Finally made the leap and joined the Taco tribe. I've been looking to get back into another truck (first vehicle was a 1986 Ranger and I had some good times in that one), and drove boring sedans until Saturday. Now I can do more camping, and am in the process of researching truck tents.

    Warning! It doesn't take long before you start reaching for your card and ordering cool stuff that you see on the site. 2 weeks after I joined and Im sitting 3 inches higher.

    They're awesome but I'll admit they're not for everyone.
    If you're a camper who likes to stay in the same spot for several nights but want your vehicle in the daytime they can be a chore to setup and tear down everyday. If you're nomadic like me and moving around every night anyway it's no big deal. Storage can be an issue too.
    I love mine, wouldn't go back to the ground ever!
