    Hi from T4R org

Do I have to sign up somewhere or just show up? Also do they take plastic or cash only?

Also I see the weekend will be pretty rainy? What happens in the event of thunderstorms?

No need to sign up anywhere. They take plastic.

It always rains during takeover at rausch. If it rains, you get wet.

Well, the trailer is a no go. I called the dealer and they tried to put me off for another day. I cancelled it and got my deposit back.

Im going to rig up my spare tire mount to put my tent on. Then, I'm going to pick up that set of bed bars from @Urineovrurhead and forget about getting a trailer for now.

I'm back to searching for an M416 I guess...

Safe travels everyone. See you down there!

Seems like some janky ass pricing structure they've got if you ask me...is this seriously going to cost me $95 to wheel for a day and a half? That's 5 days of wheeling at the Badlands, at the daily rate. Who gives a shit if they throw in the $5 primitive campsite "free"

For those who need to get cash close, about 5mins away is a Truck stop/ Burger King/ Gas station at 10 Molleystown Rd, Pine Grove, PA 17963 that has an atm.

Right off of 81 exit 104.

It's definitely on the expensive side especially if you are wheeling a couple days in a row. That being said it's also a massive massive park, the largest in the area with the most variation in terrain. I've been there a dozen times and still haven't hit every trails my rig is capable of yet.

Probably the date of takeover last year? I hope they still have the deal where you used to get 5 passes for a discount rate. I'd use 3 this weekend alone.

I'll stick with the Black Mountains and a $35/year one time fee for a park over double the size. "Hey guys we are the only place around, lets RAPE our client base as hard as we can!" That literally is highway robbery.

Personal favorite is how they make everyone become a "member" since it's a member's only park, yet the daily rates are double that of a public park already.

$95 is a drop in the bucket for this sport, don't like it? don't go.

Shame to miss out on a good thing over a few bucks..
