Not in the least sir. Well at least McDick's, I've not ever seen a Zaxby's but by your post I'll reckon it's fast food of some kind

Haha Zaxby's like buffalo-tossed fried chicken; in their defense, they do have salads, but they're pretty terrible for you, as well. Also in their defense, Zaxby's is fucking awesome:

Yea my Lats are tight, too. Wasn't a bad routine. I need to find a program to do again soon. Less work so I don't have to make up my own as I go.

Preworkout sale on Bb.com for those of you that are in need.

Do Doug's 4 day with me! I'd do Arnold's new MP one, but it's 5 days a week and I can't swing that.

Yeah, I get the Buffalo Blue and it's really good. It's just a Caesar salad w/ Buffalo tenders on it...I think it's like 700+ calories with dressing.

These folks at work are crazy....they literally eat out everyday...they're also all tubby.

I have a coworker that does the same but he will go down to our "cafeteria" and get grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, and green beans. Healthy meal but if he would make it himself it'd probably save $2-4 a day

Yeah, prepping your own meals is so cheap. Even on a bulk, I only spend like $60-$80/wk on food, plus a 5 lb. tub of ON every month or so....that's about $2/meal.

Yup. I can get away with about $180 a month on food right now thanks to Aldi, Sams, Costco

$80 for 40 lbs of chicken breast at a time. But, couple weeks ago I spent $80 on salmon, shrimp, fruit, and jerky. Healthy food is stupid expensive. I've been buying a lot of fruit cups, basically. It's a good snack at work. Already sliced and ready to go. It just sucks that they're $4-6 apiece.

Yeah, healthy food is expensive. The most expensive things I buy are lean meat and vegetables: ground turkey, chicken breasts, & spinach

My average lunch and dinner cost me 1.46 each. I prep everything on the weekend for the whole week unless I'm doing fish. Then I prep twice. Thank you aldi and SAMs club. 1.37 a lb on chicken when you buy cases.

Been feeling small today. Maybe because I did legs back to back days and didn't have any upper body pump:notsure: so I weighed myself just now before taking a shower and was at 164.6 which is way down. I don't usually do mid-day weigh ins but just for the hell of it. I had also just finished an hour walk around the neighborhood with the dog and probably sweated out most of those lbs...

I'm going to an all you can buffet tonight with jambalaya, fried catfish, and steak tips. I'll be feeling a lot of things later...small won't be one of them :bananadead:

Lol - the country club my wife made us join has a buffet every Wednesday night and the menu rotates. You also get a free one during your birthday month, which is July for me, so I'm going to go extra fat boy mode tonight

Ya know, I really thought people would be supportive and encouraging when I started this diet. Instead I seem to find opposition no matter who I hang out. People would be encouraging if I was obese, possibly even considered an inspiration.

Nah, I am not fat by any means but have a few extra lbs that I don't need to be carrying. At 205 I had an obvious gut. At 195, I have the top two ab "outline" when flexing and flat without.

Being on a diet is tough man. There will always be people trying to discourage you. I try not to put myself in those situations. At the same time, you want to have some balance and still go out with your family, friends, gf w/e. Most of my friends now pretty much know my eating habits though.
