    :annoyed: How do I get my insurance company to understand that my knee problem IS NOT the result of an accident... just too many years of working on, in, under and around airplanes for almost 20 years :annoyed:

    I filled out a sheet when I went to the doc and said no accident. They send it back to me saying they want more information....

    I already went to the doc. I had the referral to go to that doc. Now the insurance co wants more information about the "accident". There was no accident.... I filled out the form the way the doc's office said to.... there's no option for "no accident" just overuse due to previous military occupation.
