    looks like fun. those things are alot of work. I did a few with my son at the whitewater center, and called it quits. he was flying around like a monkey in a zoo on those things, yeah, i'm with @jhodge83 F that LOL

    if you really like the ropes, check out the whitewater center here in CLT, not far at all from Davidson. Open year round, they probably have 20 ropes courses or more.

    its a cool place. you can just go and hang out, food, beer, music. the whitewater is shut down cuz some girl died from a brain eating amoeba recently, (that naturally occurs in all water, really rare to kill ya though lol) so they shut it down, and now theres a big battle n where they will let them pump the water out, theres a river right there, but the greenies wont have it. the whitewater rafting is a blast, 1.5 hours at a whack, you get a good 3-4 trips, and some good rapids, class 4's i think. many a falling out for sure.

    we had season passes a couple years ago, went a lot. till i blew out my MCL. had me feet locked in too tight, and i fell out, and my foot stayed in the boat. It was either me or my knee, I won, knee lost :cool:

    yeah, it was not a complete tear, so had to just rest it. still feels funny now and again. All in good fun though, well worth it. funny though, it did not hurt when i did it, just had no more lateral support. it would bend a good 15 degrees the way that it shouldnt.
