    If you're buying a Tacoma for power and space, I think you're barking up the wrong tree. Even a 6 cyl or DCLB pales in comparison in both of those areas to a full size truck. To each his own though. I suppose it is all relative to the buyer's wants and needs.

    I agree. Which is why I do all my truck work with my 250. The Tacoma couldn't handle my prior work trailer. I wouldn't tow much more with a Tacoma than a 5x8 trailer with a few things in there.
    But that's part of the point, an unsupercharged or turbo charged V6 is really the lowest engine a truck should come with. I'm not sure what purpose an I4 is supposed to serve in the truck world. There are people that buy it, and love it, but I think it takes a special breed. I just can't get a truck that with more than 2 passengers can't top out over 65mph on the highway HAHA.
