@Nimble9 bike pad apparently would work for Turkey problems too!

Feed the birds just like your bone head neighbor, add an extra ingredient.

Get that Tom "covertly" a close encounter with a pellet gun and a burlap bag (quickly get him in there while flopping around)...
As you WILL be the first "person of interest"...DO NOT keep the evidence or eat it... dispose of it immediately.... (hopefully to a relative that will clean it and invite you over for dinner later)... That would be MY plan..

Good luck my friend...!! Be discreet... (the cops monitor these forums)....

That'd be a mysterious fix considering that turkeys have no sense of smell. You'd have more luck looking or sounding like a predator since those are their 2 survival senses.

I don't know much about Turkeys, but I'm assuming they have a nest/safe place somewhere? Why not track them and get them while they are out of sight of your neighbors and any other soft skinned assholes?

That sucks & that is crazy... talk about some angry ass birds.
Someone definitely feeding them in the area, record the perp and report/sue them.
Would be awesome to see this on Judge Judy.

I personally wouldn't own such an expensive/nice vehicle without a garage. (or at least a cover)
If not Turkeys it would be vermin of the human variety.
Door dingers, smash & grab thieves, punk kids, ex-lovers, jelly neighbors with keys, etc...

I believe in solving the root of a problem not just the symptom.
These turkeys may be stupid & delicious, but they are just being turkeys hanging out near a food source.
So if your going to shoot something, shoot your neighbors. :fenforcer:
Your fine may be a little higher though. :D

You could park with your tailgate down... Not an ideal scenario but it may work.

I am surprised no one mentioned getting a Tom decoy and setting it up far away from the vehicles somewhere. Or maybe a cheap full length mirror nailed to a tree. This would probably keep him distracted for while and would keep the flock away from the parking lot.

I was going to say the same thing. Check on laws about pellet guns. Also, if you're physically able to catch a wild turkey, you'll probably regret it immediately.

This IS actually THE best advice I've seen on here... The Tom is reacting to his own reflection in the tailgate... I have them pecking at my basement windows for the same reason... If there was a decoy...he'd spend his time and effort on beating the shit outta it instead of your truck... OR the mirror, as suggested...

Also... Back into your driveway..!! Good luck... It's hard to change neighbour's habits and feeling about feeding things... Best to operate covertly or use decoy. Good luck... If it was MY truck... I'd be eating this...!!
