Have y'all found that when you evolve a pokemon that the attack types change?

i.e. Pidgey with a Flying & Dragon attack. Evolved to Pidgeotto and you get a Flying & Flaying attack.

 

If you had hyperbeam, that would have dominated.

 

How come I can't drop off a dude a gym that only has 3 dudes in it, it was a level 4 gym..
Thought they held 5-6

 

I thought it was the level gym = number of pokemons...but I guess you still should've been able to add 1...Do you have to beat the 3 to be able to leave 1? Or can you just go up and put it down if there is an opening?

 

Level of gym = number of pokemons is correct

No you do not have to beat the three. It might have been attacked and brought down to level three when @voz went to drop his pokemon

Yeah. I thought it was odd.

I was trying to build an anti dragon pokemon because dragon damage does 2x to dragon. So having a non-dragon pokemon vs a dragon would be awesome.

I was fighting the gyms at Aviator and so were Yellow and Red. Things went up and down faster than a Yoyo, and were acting all kinds of crazy. I dropped a 10CP Karp on one for shits and my wife dropped a Golduck and someone else dropped a Charmander. It stayed blue for about 5 mins, which was long compared to the other standings.

 

Have yall attacked gyms at the same time? Last night in my last battle against valor and the 2500 dragonite someone with a gyarados and golduck joined me in the destruction
