Would it be worth leveling up this guy with his 120 hyperbeam attack?

You'd probably never get a chance to use it. He'd be toast before you had it ready against any decent 1000-2000 Pokemon. Don't waste the dust

For sure. Bummer that such a good attack is wasted on such a lame Pokemon.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Visiting my grandmother and the only nearby pokestops and gyms are cemeteries.

What a wonderful part of town.

And I bet if you go walking around, you'd still catch pidgeys.

Finally hit the trail on my bike that I have been talking about since I started playing. It leads to the soccer park that @tacopaulo told me was a good spot for pokestops and some rarer pokemons (Drowzee was mentioned...I saw none :(). Anyway, this is a route I bike often for a cardio workout and can usually do from my driveway to the soccer park and back under 90min. It is about 18mile round trip trail. Today it took me just under 2hrs and 30min of official 'hunt' time (driveway to driveway) with about 1hr 51min of riding time (my speedometer doesn't clock the time unless I am moving) and an official mileage of 20.32miles (this would include a couple loops I did within the soccer park and various other sidetracks I took when I saw a pokemon pop up...

I'd call it a success. The main goal was to catch that Seel that thought he was safe behind the gates last night and also hatch my 10k egg. I accomplished both. The Seel was in the middle of a soccer field that had people playing on it. I didn't care and biked right on up there and caught that dude. The 10k egg finally hatched right when I got back to my neighborhood. It was a 506 Omanyte :frusty:

So on top of the Seel (which was a 158) and the hatched Omanyte I also caught 2 more Dratinis (a 301 and 208), 10 magikarp (all under 100), 8 Psyducks, 9 slowpokes, a Slowbro (464, I caught a 456 Slowbro right after that), 3 Eevees, a Goldeen, Squirtle, Gastly, Abra, Seaking (788), Krabby, Meowth, Bellsprout (working towards a Victrebell), and a Spearow (I still don't have a Fearow)..

So for 2.5 hours, I'd say that was pretty productive since I pulled 44 pokemons and leveled up to 18 in the process.

I also deadfish'd a gym on my way out of the soccer park. Someone on Valor knocked off 3 or 4 blue pokemons that were on it when I got there. I saw them drive away looking all victorious. All they left was a Flarion so I crushed it with my Vapoo and dropped a 'Karp on my way out.

This is how I felt leaving the flopping fish over my shoulder. Never look back...

Oh and I crashed an awkward Psyduck Slowbro party. I bet that would be a great time :goingcrazy:

Park on the streets to the East of the Tar Pits...

We work in South Pasadena and moved to Glendale so we were near the freeways and near our work. We deal with traffic every day. I left home last week at 1200 to pick my dad up in Ontario and the connector from the 2 to 134 was so jammed it took me 40 minutes to cross the overpass bridge! After I go on the 134 the traffic cleared up so I flew there
