It's in my sig lol vvvvv

Currently cutting a piece of metal to weld over a hole that formed on a crossmember when we knocked out some rust. Lol it's no wonder these frames rust. There are some pretty dumb designs that hold in water. Could have easily put in a drain hole.

So I pulled my skids off in search of the rattle that I've been experiencing at between 45 and 55 mph and a high pitched whine at all times, and the only thing that seems to be loose/ movable is where my drivers side axle comes together with the whatchamacallit. Photos below. It has about 1/8th inch of play. It moves on the far right of the second picture, where the two pieces connect. Could this be the rattle? I'm assuming it needs to be replaced, as the passenger side does not have any play. thoughts?

    The axle into the differential?

Play as in rotational play, in/out play or cv up/down play? IIRC the first two will have a little play. Hows the differential fluid level?

Anyone running the HID headlight conversion from Toytec? Looking to spend the gift card I won yesterday. Seems like a descent "free" upgrade.

Also, does anyone know the size of the bolt that attaches an IFS skid on the rear-most attachments. I somehow lost both and have only the front 4 holding the skid on.

    Stuff and junk and things...

You need to replace the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing.

Ok, when I passed him I didn't recognize him. He also had a list of trails he's been on, on the driver side of the tailgate. Cool taco tho.
